MadeSimple is me, Zaniar.

I build technology that has to work: 15 years of cloud platforms and AI systems inside banks and insurers. I also build my own products, including PhotoScanRestore.

Now I bring that standard to businesses of every size. You deal with me directly: I learn how your business runs, tell you honestly what's worth building, and build it properly.

Things often start as a knot: spreadsheets, inboxes and tools that don't talk to each other. Here's how we pull it straight.

    Talk it through

    Tell me about the business, the problem or the idea. You don't need a technical brief to start.

  2. Step 2

    Agree what is worth doing

    I'll recommend an approach and set out the scope and cost before any work starts. If there is a simpler answer, I'll say so.

  3. Step 3

    Build it and put it to work

    I build the agreed solution, test it with you and show you how to use it. Any ongoing support is agreed as part of the work.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Bring the problem or the idea. Working out the right thing to build is part of the conversation.
Do you work with smaller businesses?
Yes. My background includes large organisations, but MadeSimple is also for smaller businesses that need practical help with AI, software or their systems.
Will I work directly with you?
Yes. You'll speak with me about the work and the decisions along the way.
What happens on the first call?
We'll talk about what you need and whether I can help. The first call is free, and you'll know the scope and cost before any work starts.
